The white pepper “RAVENALA”

White pepper is the same as the pepper “piper negrum” worked: pepper boiled, shelled and dried.
It is therefore a pepper less powerful but very discreet compared to other peppers.
White pepper is discreetly hidden in white sauces, it can also come in soups, vegetables, dressing sauces and pickles.

White pepper stimulates the production of acid and increases the secretion of chloridic acid in the stomach for the degradation of food. It is also an antidepressant.
